Global Migration for International Businesses:  We handle inbound and outbound migration for international companies of all sizes.  Each case is unique and may have many potential approaches and applicable visa classifications.  We review all factors and develop the strategic plan for each case based on our experience.  We know the right questions to ask, and have developed protocols we share with clients to make U.S. immigration as smooth as possible for their human resource management and their busy foreign executives and essential workers.

Foreign Rock Star:  A foreign-born musician was coming to the U.S. for his anniversary tour.  All of his venues were booked and tickets sold.  We obtained the proper visas for his band members and entourage.  When he went to the Consular interview to obtain his own visa, it was denied for certain prior life transgressions common to performers and musicians.  We worked closely with the Department of State and USCIS to obtain a waiver for the prior criminal background experience so that the visa could be issued, and with the Customs and Border Protection management at the airport to ensure his entry into the U.S. was smooth and uneventful.  The client arrived the day before his first scheduled concert and commented that this arrival and experience in customs had been the most pleasant he had ever had in the U.S.

Olympic Level Athlete:  A former Olympian with tremendous ties within his industry and the sportscasting world wanted to come to the U.S. to pursue and expand his coaching career.  We helped his new employer sponsor the proper visa classification to allow him to come to the U.S. on a temporary basis in order to work and coach, and then assisted him in obtaining lawful permanent residency based on his extraordinary industry experience.  In his new U.S. role, he has enhanced the lives and athletic quality of many future Olympic hopefuls.

Family Unity:  We assisted a wonderful and diverse Jamaican family reunite its family members.  A few sisters had immigrated to the U.S. and then petitioned for their spouses and other siblings.  We assisted their family members become some of the very first V visa holders to arrive in the U.S. through O’Hare International Airport.  That nonimmigrant status had just recently been established and implemented by the U.S. government in order to allow for family members to travel to and live in the U.S. during the pendency of long-pending cases.  Since that time, many more family members have come to the U.S. to be reunited with their relatives and build new lives and families in the United States.

Aspiring Business Owners:  Whether the business is a small coffee shop, a flower importer, a translation service, a tutoring service, an illustrations service, engineering consulting, a string of hotels or a large machine tooling factory, we assist many aspiring business owners.  We strive to find the most cost effective and expedient way for our clients to be able to enter the U.S. and work to pursue their dream of business ownership and expansion.  Sometimes large investments of funds are necessary or required, and other times the investment required is comparatively small.
